Prescription Savings Club helps you save on the cash prices of your medications at participating Walgreens or Duane Reade pharmacies located in the United States excluding stores in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Mississippi, and Washington.

Once you join the program, your information will be on file and you can begin using your Prescription Savings Club membership right away to save on thousands of prescription. Prescription Savings Club pricing is for cash paying customers only and cannot be combined with insurance plans, copay savings cards, or other discount prescription card. You will receive your temporary card the same day you apply, and your permanent card will arrive in the mail within 10-14 days.

When you fill your prescription at Walgreens using the Prescription Savings Club, your discount will be automatically applied even if you leave your card at home. However, you'll want to bring your card with you if you plan on shopping so you can earn/redeem bonuses on Walgreens and Nice! brand products.

Having other prescription drug coverage does not disqualify you from joining, so if the Prescription Savings Club has a lower price on your medication than your insurance, you can use this instead of using your insurance.

The Prescription Savings Club cannot be used at the same time as or in conjunction with prescription drug insurance, manufacturer copay savings cards or discount cards on any one purchase, but you can use this to purchase prescriptions that are not covered by your insurance.

Please note that if you choose to purchase a prescription using the Prescription Savings Club, any insurance you have will not be billed and the amount you pay will not count towards any deductible or other out-of-pocket costs you may have under the insurance plan.

Before you even join the Prescription Savings Club, you can search the name of your medication using the price lookup tool, which will show you the estimated cash price and membership price of your medication if you choose to join.

To earn 10% bonus credit on your in-store purchase of Walgreens and Nice! Branded products, simply swipe your Prescription Savings Club card at checkout before making a payment. You'll earn a bonus credit equal to 10% of the eligible purchase price of those Walgreens and Nice! Branded products. The bonus credit will be added immediately onto your card, so the next time you scan your card at checkout, the bonus amount will be deducted from your eligible purchase total.

Bonuses credits can only be earned on products distributed exclusively by Walgreen Co. and bearing the Walgreens, Nice! Brand logo, and exclude any pharmacy or health related services, dairy or alcohol product and gift cards. Bonus credits are calculated after discounts/credits are applied and before taxes are calculated. Purchases made on the same day of enrollment are NOT eligible for bonus.

If you purchase Walgreens and Nice! brand products between the time you enroll and the time you receive your permanent card, or forgot your card, hold on to your receipt. Once you have your permanent card, call 866-922-7312 and ask a customer service representative to add your applicable purchases to your card account using the 20-digit RFN number located on the receipt and the receipt total.

To redeem your bonus credits, present your Prescription Savings Club Card at checkout before making a payment on qualified purchases. Bonus credits will not be applied to purchases of alcohol, gift cards, prescriptions, postage stamps, pre-paid cards, milk products and tobacco products. Bonus credits will not apply to prior purchases.

If your Membership expires, you will have 30 days to redeem your Bonus Credits (subject to the restrictions herein). After 31 days, your Bonus Credits will expire.

If you have previously used Prescription Savings Club in store to pay for your prescription, and Prescription Savings Club is listed as the primary payment method on your account, you can order your eligible prescriptions on walgreens.com using your member discount. Individuals 18 years or older can join the program.

Your pets can even join, either as individuals or as part of a family membership. As part of a family membership, simply add the pet's name in your list of dependents. You can add a pet at any time by stopping in or calling any Walgreens pharmacy.

For just $35 a year, a family membership includes a single account that covers everyone in your immediate family, including a spouse, dependents under the age of 23 and pets. You will receive two Walgreens Cards, linked to the account, which can be used to shop, earn and redeem bonuses on Walgreens and Nice! brand products (excluding dairy).

Additional adult family members living in the same household, like a parent or grandparent, will need to join under a separate individual or family membership. See Terms and Conditions for complete details.

The membership includes discounted pricing on prescriptions often prescribed to pets with a human equivalent, such as Amoxicillin (antibiotic), Humulin© (insulin), Hydrocortisone (skin conditions), Omeprazole (digestive), etc.

In order to qualify for the discount, you must have a valid prescription for your pet and the medication must be one that has a human equivalent. Your veterinarian will tell you if your pet's prescription can be filled at a retail pharmacy.

You can update your auto-renewal preferences online.

Begin by selecting View Membership. Log into your Prescription Savings Club membership account using your Member ID or your Prescription Savings Club card number. On the View Membership page you can toggle your auto-renewal status to "on" or "off".

Yes, you can switch from an Individual to a Family membership or switch from a Family to an Individual membership at any time for a pro-rated fee by clicking View Membership.
