- 4. What are the requirements to receive care?
Walgreens virtual care is available for patients who meet the following criteria:

- You will be asked to upload a government-issued photo ID and a selfie to verify your identity.
- Answer clinical intake interview questions to determine if the service is a good fit for your needs.
- If required for your clinical situation, you will be asked to upload clinically relevant photos, test results, vitals, or prior prescriptions. You will be informed about what photos are required for your visit before paying for your visit.
- You will need to enable video camera and microphone access for treatment areas that require a video interaction with a clinician (urgent care, COVID-19 and flu live visits, UTI, and in select states, emergency contraception).
